Server Log Files

Job Applications
If you apply via our career portal, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, contact details, CV, certificates) exclusively for the purpose of handling the application process. Applications are managed in our applicant management system BakeUp. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (initiation of an employment relationship). Application data is deleted no later than seven months after completion of the application process, unless you consent to longer storage (e.g. talent pool) or a legal obligation requires retention.
Hosting
Our website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. All data processed when visiting this website is processed on servers within the EU. We have concluded a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) with Hetzner. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (interest in secure and efficient provision of the website).
Email Notifications
To deliver notifications from our contact form, we use the service Resend (Resend, Inc., USA). The data you enter in the form (name, email address, message content) is transmitted via this service. Data transfer to the USA is based on the EU standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 GDPR). The legal basis for processing is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (processing of your request).
